The Change Approvers are a group of people who are a part of the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and are responsible to review and approve the changes. These approvers are individuals with relevant technical/delivery experience to assess the change in order to analyze the likely impact in their respective areas and are empowered to make decisions. The Change Approvers could include client representatives, user group representatives, engagement managers, service line representatives, experts/technical consultants, service design representatives (Availability, Capacity, Security, Continuity), contractor's or third parties' representatives, etc.
